Abstract: 

CYBERNETICs is the science that deals with communication and control SYSTEMS in living things, machines, and organizations. Since the advent of CYBERNETICs, most sciences have explicitly or implicitly benefited from its principles, and in this regard, each according to their own field and according to experts in that science, have provided an appropriate description of it. Humans or any moving thing is a dynamic and complex CYBERNETIC system. Thus, the mobile system follows the rules and principles of CYBERNETICs. CYBERNETIC SYSTEMS seek to control, predict, observe, and measure various movements in different SYSTEMS and how these SYSTEMS relate to subSYSTEMS and even other SYSTEMS. In this way, they can understand, predict or even create new movements. Given the ability to observe and measure motion, and because motion represents the relationship between SYSTEMS and subSYSTEMS involved in motion, and given the definition of CYBERNETIC motion, CYBERNETIC motion analysis is a way of learning how to make decisions. Acquisition of components of motion control SYSTEMS, as well as gain deeper knowledge of immediate goals and movement perception. In this article, which has been done by library and resource review method, researchers have studied, introduced and recognized the types of motion in CYBERNETICs, the factors affecting it, CYBERNETIC motion, dynamics and feedback in CYBERNETIC SYSTEMS, dynamics (motion) in The library system-as a CYBERNETIC system-as well as the most important principles of CYBERNETICs, their application and interaction with movement, will be discussed.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Libraries and information centers as information storage and retrieval SYSTEMS can develop with the adoption of CYBERNETICs rules. This paper discusses system dynamics, control, feedback, and other CYBERNETIC concepts especially in information storage and retrieval SYSTEMS.Methodology: This study is a review intending to find what CYBERNETICs and LIS have in common especially in the field of information retrieval.Findings: CYBERNETICs is the science of SYSTEMS.Information storage and retrieval SYSTEMS like libraries and information centers can be improved by employing CYBERNETICs principles.

Abstract: 

Since the end of the Cold War, a fierce debate has been taking place both in the academic and in the political world about the problems of traditional concepts and theories of international relations and foreign policy in this respect we can identify three distinct phases of complexity's emergence into the field of international politics. The first phase of complexity and international politics is about explaining change, the second phase is about foreign policy and complexity and the third phase is related to applying complexity to foreign policymaking processes. Complexity of international system, while in foreign policy area has caused inefficiency of traditional concepts, has faced it with new concepts and also systemic logic of foreign policy led to necessity of considering of CYBERNETIC system’s concepts. By attention to inefficiency of current literatures in this area, this research has raised this question that what kind of systemic logic is sovereign on foreign policy in complexity situation and chaotic system. And in CYBERNETIC dynamic SYSTEMS how agenda of foreign policy will be arranged? Author believes that international SYSTEMS in period of complexity and chaotic have adaptive feature and in this respect designing of adaption, equilibrium and stability region and designing of system are important. Foreign policy agenda should be drawn based on these realities.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The most important part of CYBERNETICs is the study of how to control exchanging of information, and the statistical phenomena resulting from this control, which simultaneously exist in advanced computing machines (such as computers) and living organisms (such as the nervous system). Therefore, it can be said that control is one of the important elements of CYBERNETICs and information is an important element in the control process. Methodology: This article is a collection of researches, data obtained through searching texts and articles as well as interviews with experts in the field of quantum physics. Findings: Examining the relationship between the features of Shannon's and quantum information theory and first & second order CYBERNETICs shows that the topics raised in both fields are consistent. And both fields have a common intellectual origin. Conclusion: relativism is a prominent feature of second-order CYBERNETICs and quantum theory, and the positivist point of view can be seen in Shannon's information theory and first-order CYBERNETICs. Both information theories emphasize that the observer affects the system and changes its structure, and reality is defined based on the type of observation. The principle of superposition in quantum theory is consistent with the connection of components and their effect on system performance in CYBERNETICs of the second type.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted during summer and winter of 2018- 2019 in the agricultural research field of Shahid Chamran University. Experimental design was split- plot based on RCBD with three replications. The main plot was the type of agricultural system in three levels including conventional (Conv), organic (Org) and sustainable (Sust) (integrated between Conv and Org) and sup- plot was the type of pre- cultivated crop in sequence with wheat including cultivation of mung bean (M- W), corn (C- W), sesame (S- W) and fallow (F- W). Yield quantity (yield and its component) and quality (grain protein), an estimate of photosynthesis matter transfer index of wheat and soil organic carbon (SOC) after one double-cropping were measured. The result showed that the highest (545.04 g/m2) and the lowest (409.28 g/m2) seed yields were obtained in Conv and Org respectively. In contract, with the changing type of system from Conv to Org, grain protein was increased significantly (from 8.3 to 9.6 %). In addition, the highest (535.47 g/m2) yield of wheat was obtained from M- W double cropping. On the other hands the highest remobilization and current photosynthesis matter were obtained in the organic agricultural system with M- W and conventional with M- W double cropping. The situation of SOC showed that the highest (33.18 mg/g) SOC was obtained in the organic agricultural system with C- W double cropping. The reason for improving SOC in the organic and sustainable agricultural system was application of organic matter (compost and vermicompost) and crop residue management. Totally, from the crop ecology point of view, sustainable agricultural method with a sequence of M- W was the most desirable system.

Abstract: 

In recent years, Iran’s nuclear policy has become one of the most important and controversial issues in international relations so that it is being discussed in most international meetings despite the absence of Iran. Some believe that Iran’s nuclear policy and way of decision making about the alternative choices cannot be explained on the basis of existing theories of decision making or analytical paradigm; therefore, there is the need for a new theory and different decision making approach. The present article initially introduces and explains principles and assumption of “CYBERNETIC theory of decision” then it concludes that this theoretical framework has a better explanative ability for examining the nuclear policy of Iran. The authors are of the view that within the framework of CYBERNETIC theory focusing on vital variable of “obtaining nuclear fuel cycle” has been the pivot of Iran’s nuclear policy.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, organizations have concluded that no other resource than knowledge can situate them most desirably in this competitive world. Therefore, more than any other factor, the spotlight has turned upon employees as the owners of knowledge. Also ‘knowledge management’ as a tool which can accumulate the existing knowledge, organize it, make it dynamic, and disseminate it in the whole organization, has taken on a new significance. But, what matters is the way other dimensions interact, in terms of influence, with the knowledge management. This article studied the effect as well as the relationship between CYBERNETICs – which includes six main dimensions of ‘variety and constraint, ’ ‘entropy and information, ’ ‘the law of requisite variety and the decision rule, ’ ‘goal-directedness and control’, ‘feedback and distinctions and relations’ – and knowledge management process – which is comprised of four main dimensions of ‘knowledge creation, ’ ‘conversion and transfer, ’ ‘preservation, ’ and ‘application’. Our statistical population included the staff of Farassan Company, and questionnaires were deployed for gathering the data. According to the analysis, dimensions of ‘variety and constraint’ as well as ‘knowledge transfer and conversion’ were excluded on account of having poor indicators. In addition, research results confirmed the conceptual model with the data collected and the fact that a significant relationship between knowledge management process and CYBERNETICs existed.
